What is meditation?
Mindfulness meditation is booming in the West. This is no surprise, given that we live in a fast-paced society where many people's quest for happiness is focused on external factors (money, popularity, performance at work and at home, material success, and more).
Meditation, integrated into daily life at a rate of 20 minutes, twice a day, is a break that we grant ourselves in order to better enrich our moments of action. Just as we willingly accept to sleep at night in order to re-energize the body (rest in a state of unconsciousness), by meditating, we grant ourselves a conscious rest that allows us to act at a level that sleep cannot reach.

Why learn from a professional?
There are now many resources available to learn more about meditation. Podcasts, guided meditation videos, books... discover the benefits of learning to meditate from a professional.
Who hasn't tried closing their eyes and trying not to think about anything? We quickly realize that it's harder than it seems. Learning to meditate on your own is possible, but it can also come with its share of challenges.
How do you know if the obstacles you encounter are normal? How do you deal with the frustration of not achieving your goals?
