Labelle Énergie is a new kind of wellness and personal development company. Not only does it reconnect you with who you are through quality energy treatments, it also offers simple and powerful tools to help you cultivate your well-being every day.
No need to have an extensive spiritual journey or knowledge of personal development. Labelle Énergie welcomes you as you are, in the current chapter of your life, and supports you in carrying out your wellness project while respecting what you want to accomplish or feel. My practice is based on respecting your personal rhythm, and I am committed to working with you as a team. You are the driver, and I offer to hold the card on the passenger side.

About the logo
This beautiful logo was designed by the incredibly talented Mélanie Durand of Woof Design. Since it was made especially for me, I'm happy to share with you the details of its artistic inspiration, as described by Mélanie.
PINK: I chose this color not only because Claudine loves it (!) but also because pink is synonymous with femininity. Whether it's candy pink, pale pink, or fuchsia, pink is a dynamic color punctuated with a touch of feminine delicacy. This color therefore remains rather good-natured.
It is also associated with tenderness and happiness, as the expression "seeing life through rose-tinted glasses" so aptly reminds us.
GREEN : Represents nature. A calming, refreshing, and even invigorating color. In Western culture, it is associated with hope and luck.
LOTUS : The Lotus is a delicate flower with many petals arranged in layers around a central core. Much like humans, in a way. The white lotus flower and the pink lotus flower of the Nelumbo family are considered symbols of purity and devotion. The pale pink with white gradient represents light, serenity, and inner harmony.
Our history over the years
An inspiring adventure
2016 : The company, then known as "Reiki Energy Care," was founded. A partnership with retirement homes was established.
2017 : Committed to offering a diverse range of services that allow everyone to take care of their inner harmony, Labelle Énergie is training in mindfulness meditation. A conference is added to the available services: "Inner Harmony: 10 Keys to Achieving It." The website is launched.
2018 : In addition to the blog and video clips, Labelle Énergie's entourage can now subscribe to the newsletter. The "Labelle Année" program is launched, for committed participants only! Labelle Énergie now offers mindfulness workshops for adults and children to teach them simple and quick techniques that will change their lives.
