What is energy healing?
The energy treatments I offer my clients are based on the transmission of energy through the laying on of hands. Each person has a great power of self-healing and energy treatment stimulates your body towards holistic health in order to awaken a process of harmonization on the mental, physical, emotional and psychic levels.
When our vital energy flows freely and harmoniously within us, we feel fit, balanced, healthy, and in a state of overall well-being. When this energy diminishes, slows down, stagnates, or no longer circulates, we feel tired, worried, and disorders appear, making us feel unwell.
Although it is possible that the origin of your discomfort is purely energetic, the field of experience has shown me that very often lies beneath the surface, the root of a deeper "problem". A pattern, a program deposited very often during your childhood which pushes you to feel, think and act in a way which limits you and prevents you from being fully happy.

How does a session take place?
An energy treatment is a moment of deep relaxation where you reconnect with yourself.
The person receiving the treatment lies on a massage therapy table, dressed in comfortable clothing. To circulate the energy, I use my hands, which I place a few centimeters from the body, or lightly on the body. Each hand position lasts a few minutes. I pay particular attention to the areas where the 7 main chakras are located. These chakras are true wheels of energy and it is through them that our vital energy circulates. They also record all of our experiences, so it is desirable that they are all in optimal working order.
